efficient, and progressive skill ecosystem, ensuring that quality training, employment opportunities, and livelihood support reach every section of society – including youth, women, school dropouts, farmers, MSMEs, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities such as SC, ST, and other backward classes.
MISSION
To promote collaboration, unity, and coordination among Training Providers across India
• To strengthen the national skill ecosystem through transparency, discipline, and efficient partnerships
• To support Training Providers in overcoming technical, compliance, and operational challenges
• To work closely with Government and private stakeholders with 100% compliance and high standards
• To provide skill training and employment opportunities to poor, needy, and marginalized communities including SC, ST, OBC, women, youth, and economically weaker sections
• To uplift communities by enabling sustainable livelihoods and self-employment opportunities
• To empower youth, women, farmers, MSMEs, and marginalized communities through quality skill training
• To facilitate placements, apprenticeships, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities across India
• To ensure quality, accountability, and measurable outcomes in skill development programs

OUR ROLE
- Acting as a bridge between Government and Training Providers
- Supporting implementation of schemes like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, and other initiatives
- Coordinating with State Skill Missions and District Skill Committees
- Ensuring transparency through digital monitoring, biometric attendance, and compliance systems
- Providing real-time ground-level feedback to improve policy and implementation
- Identifying and supporting genuine and credible Training Providers
- Creating livelihood and employment pathways for underprivileged sections of society
